Oxfordshire Maps

The Ceremonial County of Oxfordshire was my third map. The easterly neighbour of Gloucestershire has five districts, which are represented by the different colours. Oxford City is at its centre with the other larger districts surrounding it.

Also available are district maps of the Vale of White Horse and West Oxfordshire

There are three versions of the Oxfordshire county map. The County as a whole, with its districts and the districts map as part of my autumnal series.

The autumnal series uses colours inspired from that time of year.

Two sizes for each county map

Large: 100 x 70 cm - B1 (original design size)

Small: 84.1 x 59.4 cm - A1

District maps in smaller A2 or A3 sizes depending on the map.

The Oxfordshire maps are available on 270 gsm archival fine art paper or 280 gsm canvas.

(gsm - grams per square meter)

Oxfordshire also forms part of the North Wessex Downs and the Chiltern Hills

Details on the map

Rivers, lakes, reservoirs, a complete road and rail network, woodland, parks, golf courses, airports and runways, are all marked and labelled on the maps

Long distance walking routes are plotted and labelled on the map including The Ridgeway, Lambourn Valley Way, Thames Path, D'Arcy Dalton Way, Oxfordshire Way and Shakespeare's Way.

Sites of significant historical & cultural interest are also plotted on the maps complete with reference sections. Examples include Wayland's Smithy Long Barrow, Uffington White Horse, Buscot Park, Rollright Stones, Stonor Park and Dorchester Abbey.

Oxfordshire Mini Maps

My Oxfordshire maps have also been re-designed for the mini map series. These have less labelling detail the civil parish borders and labels are removed along with the walking routes.

The 'sites of significant historical and cultural interest' are also lost.
